1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website brandamax.com and your purchase of services offered by Ossama Hamdi, a sole trader registered in Belgium under company number 0798.534.979, with registered address at Drève du parc 15, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

2. Our Services

Ossama Hamdi, operating under the Brandamax brand, provides a done-for-you online course business building service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Strategy session and written action plan
• Offer positioning and curriculum structure
• Video production guidance and assistance
• Sales page copywriting and build
• Complete sales funnel build
• Email automations and payment system configuration
• Automated course delivery setup
• CRM configuration via Brandamax OS
• End-to-end system testing before launch
• 10 hours of post-launch support over 60 days

The exact scope of services is defined in the individual proposal or offer document sent to each client prior to engagement.

3. Payment Terms

The total investment for the done-for-you online course business service is $6,000, payable as a one-time fee. Payment terms are confirmed in writing prior to the start of the project and must be agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Project commencement is conditional upon receipt of payment as agreed. No work will begin until payment has been confirmed.

All prices are stated in the currency specified in your individual proposal. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or secure online payment link.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our done-for-you service — which involves significant time, expertise, and dedicated resources from the moment the project begins — the following refund policy applies:

• Once the project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable, as they cover the strategy session, planning, and build work already initiated on your behalf.
• If you wish to cancel prior to the project start date, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of payment. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• If at any stage you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope before the system goes live.

No refunds will be issued after the system has been validated and launched by both parties.

5. Client Responsibilities

The successful delivery of our service depends on active participation and timely input from the client. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Participate fully in the strategy session and curriculum interview in Week 1
• Provide feedback on deliverables within 48 hours of submission
• Supply all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner
• Attend weekly progress calls during the build phase
• Participate in the final validation session before launch

Any delays caused by late feedback, unavailability, or failure to provide required materials will result in an automatic adjustment of the project timeline. Such delays are not the responsibility of Ossama Hamdi and do not entitle the client to a refund or discount.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced as part of your project — including the sales page, funnel, email sequences, and course structure — become your property.

Ossama Hamdi retains the right to reference your project as a case study or portfolio example, including mentioning your name and business, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Any templates, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used by Ossama Hamdi in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of Ossama Hamdi and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without written permission.

7. Platform Access — Brandamax OS

Access to Brandamax OS — our proprietary CRM, funnel, automation, and course delivery platform — is included throughout the duration of the project at no additional cost.

Following the completion of the project, platform access is available at a monthly subscription fee of €120 per month, billed monthly with no minimum commitment period. The subscription is cancellable at any time with 30 days written notice.

In the event that you choose to cancel your Brandamax OS subscription, you will retain ownership of all your content and data. We will provide you with an export of your data within 14 days of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ossama Hamdi provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue figures, or outcomes from the use of our services. Results depend entirely on factors outside our control including but not limited to your effort, market conditions, advertising spend, and the quality of your expertise.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the course of the engagement as confidential. Ossama Hamdi will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

This confidentiality obligation remains in force during and after the completion of the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
